Key Race Information
Packet Pickup 12:30pm-6:00pm Tuesday, 10/24 - please come early!
Come to the gym on the west side of Sinclair's Centerville building at 5800 Clyo Road for your bib and shirt
Please Arrive No Later than 6:00pm
Roads will close shortly thereafter and you may not be able to get to the parking area nor start line if you arrive later than this time.
Please Stay to the Left in the Start Corral
Our blind and deaf runners will be starting on the right hand side of the corral, so please give them clearance by staying left.
Walkers/Strollers: Please Start in the Back
This is for the safety/consideration of yourself and others.
Strollers are still strongly discouraged, per our insurance policy.
Parking options
If Sinclair's lot is full, you are able to park in the St. Francis church lot to the east of Sinclair. Carpool - it'll be more fun and you'll save spots! If even St. Francis is full, the commercial area at Wilmington Pike and Clyo Road has lots of parking. Just give yourself plenty of time to walk to Sinclair!

The raffle bikes will be presented after kids awards, so stick around!
Please be Courteous & Kind to Others
We will have runners/walkers of all abilities, including blind and deaf runners. Please be courteous to all participants & volunteers.

Back in the gym!
Course notes: you will be on the SIDEWALKS when running south on Bigger Road, east on Alex-Bell Road, and north on Wilmington Pike. The neighborhood streets will be open to traffic - you will be on the left side of the road (running against traffic), except on Crossbrook, when you will be on the right for the water stop at Greene Line Park. Please be aware of your surroundings and pay attention to our volunteer course marshals as they're out there to keep everyone safe!
Shirt exchanges and registrations after the shirt cutoff
If you registered after October 16, 2023, or your chosen shirt size doesn't fit...
Please check the late registration table, where we will have some additional shirts in most sizes. We cannot guarantee sizes, but you can switch for a different size if it's available, or see about getting a shirt if you registered late. This will be available after the race, too - but your shirt must be clean and unworn to exchange!
PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO shirt exchanges or pickup after race day. Please remember that we're all volunteers, and this is something we just can't accommodate. If you can't make the race, someone else may pick up your shirt for you. Seriously, no shirts once we pack up the gym!! :)
